Caster wedges

Generally used to correct negative or positive caster on all vehicles with leaf spring suspension.

Heavy Vehicle Wedges

Used for correcting caster on larger trucks such as Kenworth, etc.

Differential Correction Wedges

Generally used to correct the alignment geometry between the diff’ input and the driveshaft.

Airbag Suspension Wedges

This product provides caster adjustment to be made when using airbag suspension systems by placing the wedge beneath the leaf spring.

Industrial Wedges

• Commonly used throughout all engineering applications where alignment of machinery is a critical factor.
• Other applications include double ended wedges to enable equipment to pass over expansion gaps in concrete slabs etc.
• Rectifying sub-frames within mining crushing plants to realign drive shafts and prime-movers etc.
• Bridge componentry where fixtures and alignment within the structure are a critical factor in bridge design.

Trailer Locking Plates

Generally used on stock trailers to locate the spring pack over the 24 mm dia dowel welded to the locking plate which in turn is welded to the axle.

Caster Camber Shims

• Axle shims (Freight Liner), slots can either be 5/8” (16.0mm) or 3/4” (19.0mm)
• Isuzu NPS, Mitsu Canter (FG84), GT Hino and Isuzu FTS
• Isuzu NLR shims

Leaf Spring Caster Wedges

• Supplied in angles between 0.5º and 8.0º in 0.25º increments
